Day Twenty five

I made myself (and the kids, who drank nearly all of it) a smoothie yesterday evening. I had a little left, so this morning I just drank that. I'll be making my neon pink smoothie this afternoon, at the request of a friend. : )
  • a cup of OJ
  • 2 handfuls of spinach
  • a banana
  • 1 wedge pineapple (and some juice from the container)

That's it. Easy peasy. I should mention that my children (even the one that hates smoothies) drank this whole thing. I had to make another one. And they drank half of that one, too. I should also note that I've been buying precut pineapple from Costco. Because I'm lazy. Not in the cans ~ that stuff's not raw. The stuff in the refrigerated section.

  1. Just wanted to see if you have tried Kale in your smoothies. Spinach and Kale are my two favorite greens for smoothies. I also add a few tablespoons of Flax Seed Meal.
