Today's recipe:
- 1 cup OJ
- 1 banana
- handful of over ripe fresh strawberries (stems & all)
- 2 big handfuls of spinach
- handful of frozen strawberries (you know, for the "frozen factor)
Blended it all up and off we went. YUMMY!
