Ok, into the vita-mix today:
- 2 c rice milke
- 2 bananas
- 4 handfuls spinach
- 2 big handfuls frozen strawberries
- a squirt of agave
- a few fresh strawberries (rinsed, with stems in tact)
Blend it all up and off ya go! Enjoy!
