- 4 small plums (I removed the pit, but left the skin)
- 2 small apples (cored & diced)
- 2 bananas
- 4 HUGE handfuls of spinach
Its delicious! I made a full blenderful this morning so I can have extra throughout the day. I'm off to the pool for a workout and I love smoothies as an after workout treat. Enjoy!
