- 2 spears of fresh pineapple + a little of the juice that collected in the container
- handful of frozen strawberries
- 4-5 leaves of romaine

No Spinach!!! Oh NO!!! I totally know what you mean. I love spinach and eat it almost daily!
ReplyDeleteNext time you should have bought frozen spinach, in case you ran out of fresh one. This way, you are always prepared in advance :)

OMG!!!! If I were in your position, I would panic to, and I would even go to the nearest supermarket to buy a spinach. Ha Ha. Good for you, you were able to find another substitute.
ReplyDeleteI love putting spinach in my smoothies. It adds a good texture to the drink as well as protein. I also like adding Kale now and again to mix it up. All this smoothie talk is making me thirsty. I think I am going to have a couple of smoothies before the day ends.
